Today I want to present Aster, the new coat Zanotta designed by designer Alessandro Dubini and presented by the Italian brand during the Salone Internazionale del Mobile 2010. This is an original and fun coat is characterized by a simple structure and immediate proposal in a broad and vibrant colors: white, black, red, pink, blue or green. Powered by a painted steel structure, Aster is a real piece of furniture ideal for decorating with style but discreetly modern and informal.

Zanotta is a major Italian company founded in 1954 by Aurelio Zanotta and specializes in making furniture, accessories and high-design created in collaboration with famous names on the international scene the likes of Achille Castiglioni, Carlo Mollino, Arik Levy, and Ettore Sottsass.



The collaboration from Zanotta and Alessandro Dubini was born Aster, a coat of modern design and minimalist.

Introduced last April at the important meeting with the Salone del Mobile, Aster is characterized by a thin metal frame shaped radial is available in two versions, four or six elements.

From discreet sculptural form, the coat Aster owes its strength to the choice of vibrant colors and bright , making it a piece of furniture perfect for furnishing a young, dynamic environments.

The result is a coat that can combine into a single element functionality and aesthetics.
